“Vilarnau Brut Reserva Rose is produced from Trepat, a native variety, and Pinot Noir. It is aged for 15 months on lees. This Cava shows a pale pink color with a beautiful aromatic complexity on the nose including fresh fruit such as strawberry. On the palate fresh, smooth and fruity however not sweet. Ideal with pasta dishes, pizza, paella and fideuá. Serve very chilled.”
