“This single cask was made from 100% malted barley and distilled three times on a handmade copper pot still. Aged in new oak for 3 years, it is our first triple-distilled release. It has peppery oak spice and peppermint on the nose and notes of allspice and clove on the palate. Warm and refreshing, it reminds us of eating ice cream in a waffle cone on a hot day.”
