“100% Nero d’Avola, estate grown in Vittoria (Sicily). Red clay soils with subalpine sands composed of limestone & silica. 300 meters elevation. Spontaneous fermentation in concrete vats using indigenous yeasts. Aged 9 months in concrete vats followed by 3 months in bottle before release.”
