Winemaker Notes:
“Ripe orchard & citrus fruit on the nose. Fresh, cream, lemon peel, ripe green and yellow apple. California coastal white floral notes, baby’s breath, and chamomile. Fresh, energetic palette with a firm core of acidity that is buffered by a kiss of oak. A touch of creamy vanilla and baking spice round out an elegant, mineral-driven finish. Very reminiscent of Chardonnay from a previous era (pre-1990s), or a warm vintage of top Chablis. Enjoy now and over the next 5-7 years.”
