Somewhat closed initially, but opening with a bit of time to show a ripe pear fruit character, with hints of beeswax and fresh hay. On the palate, the wine is rich and substantial, with balanced acidity that reflects the southern exposition. With time this should open well, for there is a lot of potential here.”
