“Most of the grapes come from our steep terraced site in Besigheim. The vines are rooted in pure shell limestone and are between 5 and 60 years old. Spontaneous maceration over 3 weeks in wooden cuvette and stainless steel. Aging in used 600 liter barrels for 16 months.”
