“Our wine comes from 80-year-old vines, located in Beaune in the Aux Cras climate. Exposed to the east and south-east and at an altitude of 250 to 280 meters, they rest on a shallow brown limestone soil, resulting from the alteration of the Limestones of Ladoix (or Dalle Nacrée) which disintegrate into thick plates. of a few centimeters, rich in shell debris.”
