“Lithe elegant native yeast fermentation Pinot Noir, a blend of 115, 667 and Pommard clones. 20% whole cluster gives it a bit of structure and lift. Earthy dark berries with an excellent dose of acidity make this a perfect food friendly wine and one that shows the potential of cool climate W. Marin fruit. Aged in Marcel Cadet French oak barrels, all used to let the fruit shine through.”
