La Caprice is the most supple and ethereal of the Pinots, bursting with perfumed notes of rose petal, clove, cumin and black fruit. The palate is expansive and savoury, framed by fine tannins and juicy acids.”

The steepest slope of the three Pinot Noirs is called Ma Danseuse, an acknowledgment to Sir Peter Michael’s wife, who was a ballerina.”
