“Bright red color. Notes of red fruits on the nose. Fruity with a good alcohol-acidity balance, fine tannins. Manual harvest. After being destemmed, the grapes are fermented for a month with pigeage (during the first fifteen days to extract color). Fermentation with the skins with control of densities and temperatures. Indigenous yeasts. Blend of three grape varieties. Light filtration. Unfined wine. Very little sulfur during bottling.”
